A record number of 7 schools attended our last Cluster festival of the year at Highfield School.
Schools who brought teams were Highfield, Pathways, Kingsland, Oakfield Park, Gawthorpe Jr.,Crofton HS and Outwood Grange Academy.
4 of our Cluster schools attended the Disport Junior Athletics Competition held at the John charles Sports centre, Leeds on 20th May.
These were Pathways, Oakfield Park, Kingsland and also Highfield taking along their usual big squad of athletes.
The special circuit held at this years Partnership Minilympic event in Thornes park was attended by students from 3 schools.
These were Oakfield Park, Outwood Grange Academy and Kettlethorpe HS.
The students participated in a circuit of 8 different Multi Skills activities which tested agility, balance , coordination and accuracy while having fun.
The circuit was well supported by young Sports leaders from Cathedral school, who also took the opportunity to expend some energy on the Spacehoppers!

The last Mulberry club session before the Summer break was held last week and followed on the Thursday evening by a Family Fun Kwik Cricket Match which brought many of the families of our Junior and Senior members together for a sporty bash out on the field.
Members and their parents and carers slogged it out over two innings with some adults showing impressive turns of speed around the posts!
The match finished in a draw and everyone sat down together for a picnic before saying "goodbye" till the Autumn.
Our first Mulberry Club session is Monday,13th September when we will welcome new members as as well as old!
